Our Mission

To provide safe, structured supported housing that helps people stabilise, take responsibility, and move forward - with support that’s consistent, compassionate, and real.

We don’t do tick-box support. We don’t exclude people for one mistake. We don’t write people off because they’ve been written off before.

We give people the right environment and we do it without judgement.

Our Values

1. Structure Over Chaos

We believe recovery, stability and change all need routine. We offer calm, ordered spaces with expectations, boundaries, and consistent support.

2. Support Without Ego

We don’t position ourselves as saviours. We show up, listen, guide, and back people when things get hard.

3. People Before Paperwork

We get the admin done, but we never forget the human being behind the form. We act with compassion and plain-speaking honesty.

4. Recovery Isn’t Linear

We understand relapse, setbacks, and restarts. We manage risk, we don’t run from it.

5. Accountability Is Love

We believe in honesty, boundaries and calling things out, not because we don’t care, but because we do.

Where We Work

We currently operate supported properties in:

King’s Lynn (Norfolk)

Bristol & South Gloucestershire

Accrington (Greater Manchester)

And we’re expanding, with new houses added every quarter in partnership with other charities, CICs, and local authorities.

We Also Offer:

McKenzie Friend support through The Honest Lawyer, our free legal guidance service for those attending court or hearings without representation

Partnership-based housing solutions for organisations needing safe, managed accommodation for their clients
